Ya, the first year it was out it was crap. It was horrible on PS4 Pro. A year after release the Ps5 upgrade and fixed version came out, which I finally had a PS5 by then, and I can say I really liked the game once it was fixed. Over 100 hrs played.
I per-ordered this awhile back. From what I have seen it’s going to be good. A lot of people have played it and posted reviews, mostly all positive. I hope they have ongoing activates once you are done with story, because there is really no way to make money to buy all the cars once you complete all the side quests and story. Unless you want to keep selling guns over and over and over.
