Proposed Constitutional Amendments

So I’ve been thinking. The last constitutional amendment was passed in 1992. The Constitution hasn’t changed at all since then. So, what constitutional amendments would you like to see added in the future? Here are some of my ideas:

    – Term limits for Representatives, Senators, and Supreme Court Justices

    – Have Senators be appointed by the state legislatures and not by popular vote

    – Expand the Electoral College, with each county receiving a set amount of electoral votes based on its population, with the winner of the majority of the county votes winning the state’s set number of electoral votes based on congressional representation (this is to prevent major metro areas of states like California and New York from invalidating votes from rural areas of those states)

    – Raise the voting age to twenty-one (and this is coming from someone who is younger than twenty-one)

So what do you think? What amendments would you propose?

Any holder of an elected public office is forbidden to run for another elected office without first resigning their current position (eg. if a senator wants to become President or Vice President then they should resign from the senate first).

    – No person holding any public office can join or form any political party, group, or faction

By expanding to make it based on population, you are doing exactly what the founders tried to prevent… having a few large metro/state areas dictate to the rest of the nation.  Instead it sounds like the electoral college will be nothing more than an exact copy of the US congress.

Unless I am reading what you are suggesting.

    – any elected official can be recalled by the voters, from municipal to state to federal levels.

I’m not saying a popular vote. I’m expanding it so each county gets a set amount of electoral votes (based on their population) to contribute to the state total. Because in places like California and New York, these rural areas’ votes get basically invalidated due to NYC and LA being such massive population centers. That way, at least these smaller areas have a fighting chance to have their voice heard

    1) term limits

    2) ANYONE who writes a bill that invalidates Constitutional law is to be removed and blacklisted.

    3) ALL EXISTING Unconstitutonal laws are void.

    4) VOTES are counted by hand. IN PUBLIC. Voting machines and their COMMUNIUST coding are void.

    5) Mail in ballots are for active duty deployed military and no one else. They are counted first. Yes believe it on 90% of active duty military ballots are never even opened.

    6) If a runoff is to happen no one who was not registered for the first voting day shall be included for the second.

    7) Anyone taking bribes and the one giving them shall spend 25 yearsd in FEDERAL prison. NO PAROLE. They always complain about ‘money’ in elections. Then they are owned by lil Georgie Soreass and the ChiComs.

Frankly this shit is all common sense. Which is why it will never happen. Which is why the DNC Commies have destroyed the country with their bullshit.

I think point 5 is a little restrictive. There may be people other than military personnel who are unable to reach a polling station in person. For example hospitalisation. However, I do think that an absentee or proxy ballot should require a good reason. Not being bothered or going on holiday would not count. The list of acceptable reasons would need to be explicitly listed, otherwise it would be open to interpretation and I can see pressure groups going to court to make sure that the spurious reasons they would invent would count. The identity and place of residence of the voter would need to be confirmed before the ballot could be issued as well to make sure the person is real and living. All ballots should have to reach the counting station along with those cast in person on election day though so that they can all be counted together.
