Now that Star Trek has been gutted from the inside we are left with The Orville, continually getting better. Season 1 was great even though I thought it was a bit heavy on the humor. Well that was toned down for season 2 and is just an awesome show! Lets talk about it and what we want to see in Season 3, which according to Seth McFarlane will be like getting a movie every week! Yeah the move had me worried about the show not returning or continuing after Season 3, and now with Seth McFarlane new contract with NBC it puts The Orville in an even tighter spot.

Was very happy with this show. Seth Macfarlane isn’t perfect but it was the closest to classic trek as we’re gonna get. Then it moved to Hulu. I don’t have Hulu and am not interested in getting it just for this one show. Maybe, one day.

Because Seth was such a fan of trek we got Orville, I guess with him going to NBC and CBS desperate for money maybe the sale of Star trek to NBC and McFarlane will actually happen

I keep wanting to check it out. I don’t watch broadcast TV so i never catch it when it airs, but I’d love to go and catch up on the series. I hear its really entertaining and good Sci Fi as well, and I like that it has some humor to it. helps keep my attention.

I loved this show.

Watched both seasons, and have purchased season 1 on DVD already.

But I will not get a PPV subscription for any show.

I watched season 1 since Nerdrotic loves it. I thought it was good. I didn’t like the 2nd season. Well I stopped watching in the gay episode with Bortus. I was ok with some of it. But it was just too much of that for me. Im not watching this show for episodes of gay bortus and his husband. The one episode was fine. The one where they found a female living in a cave.

I have heard a lot of good things about this show. I think it is about high time I gave it a shot.

Everyone in here that I have come across have a pretty good opinion about it in here. While I always prefer to form my own opinions I have learned a valued lesson in this day and age. Trust in your fellow Geeks when it comes to new shows and movies.

They just don’t make them like they use to. And we are only getting these one sided hack jobs of shows and movies.

Once upon a time we got both sides if the show was going to get political or have some deeper meaning behind it exposing something about our current reality.

Now a days it is hamfisted one side and that is all you get type shit. It is insulting and is like a slap in the face to intelligent viewers who expect more out of our entertainment if it wants to get preachy.

Hahah, now this sounds interesting. As I don’t like a bunch of weirdo stuff being pushed in people’s faces either, but all the same if we was on Twitter people would be screaming at you for being a bigot! Looks like something I would have to see for myself.

I hate that about the internet and censorship. As it makes all gay people seem like pushy bullies. Any time someone speaks up that voice is silenced because it does not go with the agenda. I can promise you that most of those folks look at shit like this and cringe just as hard as straight folks.

Yeah lots of degenerates out here who would like nothing better than to force you to watch them make out in public. While the other half just wants to live their life in peace and not expose anyone to anything they don’t want to see. But you don’t hear from them as they are brow beaten by their other half.

I bet that with the move to Hulu, it gives Seth more maneuvering in terms of creativity? He holds everything, it is his creation and he has been rather successful in much of what he has developed and while the CV bullshit is still going on, we will see Season 3 and more.
