Yeah, so I got this email from EA, saying my account has been suspended for three days, because my tag contained “inappropriate content”. Here’s the email; I know why they sent it, but I still replied anyway. So, I guess I wit and see if they even care enough to reply. Being that it’s EA, I’m guessing not. Anyway, this is the email with my reply.

I have received this email, in which claims that I have violated the “Positive Play Charter” for having a profile name that “may have used words or phrases that harm others or negatively disrupt the game”.

I would like to now take the time to discuss a few issues regarding this perceived violation.
1. My system is in fact an Xbox Series S, not an Xbox Series X.
2. You have labeled my Persona Name, MAGA Ramzen, as being “inappropriate content”. As you can plainly see, I have no swearing or sexual content of any sort, perceived or otherwise, in my tag. There is in fact no hate speech, nor terroristic or any other form of threats in this gamer tag. Neither have I offended the rights of any individual based on national origin, race, color, religion, disability or sex/gender identity. So, in light of this, I fail to see by what manner this name violates any contract, via EA or other. If you could, please explain to me, in detail, how and in what way, this tag has violated any conditions set forth by your company, or caused violence or harm, please do so, so I have a much clearer way forward.
