As Trump’s last action on his 1st and possible last term, he should pardon Snowden. This would be huge and a massive message to everyone who supports freedom of speech and transparency. Obama and specially Biden went after Snowden very hard and that was wrong.
So, if Snowden would be pardoned by Trump, it would be a great move in this war against censorship and corruption. And it would be kinda ironic/poetic.
Too bad no one in his team reminded him of this, and now it’s probably too late…

POTUS does not give up their power until the new POTUS is sworn in, IIFC.
As former Supreme Court Just Ruth has stated, a president is president for four years, not 3-1/2 years.
He has the full authority of the job till then.

November 9, 2020 at 1:17 pm #197892The term ends Jan 20 at midnight. So yes there are a ton of things that Trump can do if the courts refuse to do their jobs and delete the Illegal ballots.
Pardoning a ton of political prisoners that are in Federal prison for phony crimes would really stick it to the Communist left.
