I don’t know if there’s already a topic for it here (sorry if there is one😳) but if not, I thought I’d create one in time for the trailer:
I’m a bit confused as to why we ended up with the first Venom film as a 15 and ten minutes of extra footage in the UK (not that I’m complaining😂) and yet the US ended up with the opposite and a watered down PG-13 rating. It had also been the same for Suicide Squad a few years earlier. I’m not ashamed to say that I liked both films even though Venom for me started out slow but got better once the symbiote was in him. Maybe it’s because I’m no Spider-Man fan (thanks for our 12a rating Spidy😡!) but I do find the Venom-verse more interesting than the MCU. Especially considering the direction the MCU is going in atm. Hopefully the Venom-verse will be going in the opposite direction.
