Zatch was always fun, because I love lightning attacks, but I’d have to go back and do a total review of all the children to make a non cop out choice. It’s been a lot of years. While I have a lock down memory for movies, when it comes to anime I tends to lose bits and pieces from different series because I’ve consumed soooooo much over the years.

Soul Eater’s anime ending was utter garbage. There was no reason not to keep on with the manga’s true plot. Especially because it was already almost over when the anime ended. They could have taken a season or two off, then come back and finished it properly with the real source material. It was a good ending.

No, the Death Note was not about Shinigami, but where is the line between good and evil, it was about people, conflict… The authors explored that and told that story perfectly for the most part. There is nothing left to tell. Death Note and Shinigami were just an interesting and original tool to write all that and everything that you needed to know to understand the story was explained.

Manga ends a bit differently, there an epilogue. Years after manga ended they did a few one-shots showing some events after, but they werent that good, so if they did continue it, then it would be pretty bad.

Yeah, the anime had it’s own original ending. In the Manga there is WAY more content afterwards. I think the last thing the anime adapted from the manga was the trip to Okinawa. Everything after that event is manga only in the original manga series.

Personally I like the previous series better, Shonan Junai Gumi, about Onizuka and his friend Ryuji Damma as members of Bosokoku gangs. In speaking of the Delinquent / Bosozoku genre, Bad Boys is another manga about that lifestyle that I enjoy. I have some figures of those.

The original manga series ended abruptly because the author passed away in middle of working on it (also was getting sick as far back as 2008. Passed away in 2017). A Shame. RIP Daisuke Satō.

I would like to see a second season of ‘No Game, No Life.’

Ps. There is rumors that they might be making a second season but nothing is confirmed.

I sort of agree. I love the OVA A LOT. The TV series is decently good. But in the manga after voulme25 it kinda got sale to me. Also not a fan of the newer Kosuke Fujishima art designs and style. My favorite era of his art is from volume 8 to about 20. that era is peak.

Berserk. I don’t count the most recent adaptation.

          Beck: Mongolian Chop Squad (https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0434662/?ref_=fn_al_tt_2)

This anime could’ve been one of the best, for its originality and quality. But it wasn’t promoted enough and they only did 1 season. The manga continues thou.

It’s a very good anime, I recommend it, specially for music fans (you just gotta be easy with the japanese accent when they sing lol)

Strongly agree with continuing Yona, especially with the manga being so far ahead of where the anime left off.

Another favorite of mine is March Comes In Like A Lion. I think the manga for it is also ahead of where the anime stopped, so I hope it’ll be continued some time in the future.

One punch man the one directed by Shingo Natsume, Madhouse studio and outsource artist who work on it.

Not a fan of one frame with moving mouth animation from J.C staff with full metal 3D effect on Genos
