I assume i’m in the minority here, but i really enjoyed the movie, it was not at all how i expected it to be exept for being, like the title suggest, madness

Some spoilers ahead (though it seems no one really give a shit):

Was not expecting Wanga to go full on villain, and she was a great villain, also bringing a lot of the horror elements to the movie, that said, i do not think this is a Wanda movie, it’s still a Doctor Strange movie, i guess i could say Doctor Strange 2 could be a Wanda movie as much as Avengers Infinity War could be a Thanos movie, for me the best villains are the ones that are on par with the heroes, not ones that overshadow or are overshadowed by them

To me at least the roles are clear: Doctor Strange lead protagonist, Scarlet Witch lead antagonist, and America Chavez adorable sidekick

And speaking of America Chavez, i gotta compliment Xochitl Gomez for bringing America to life and making her a sweet and likeble character, something the comics have never mangaed to do

I really enjoyed all the cameos in the multiverse, it was really fun to see some beloved characters and what ifs team up for a fight, even though it was a short one…

, i do not think this is a Wanda movie, it’s still a Doctor Strange movie

I just love how some people were pissing their pants and raging about Wanda having lots of screentime (even if she had less than Dr Strange) and how it was woke feminist propaganda

And speaking of America Chavez, i gotta compliment Xochitl Gomez for bringing America to life and making her a sweet and likeble character, something the comics have never mangaed to do

another based take. A lot of incel nerds on youtube (and this site) were also raging about te wokeness of bringing her in. And I was enjoying every minute of it

I agree with you on all points. Saw it myself a few weeks ago and thought it was good. A bit darker than most of the current MCU films because of the horror element that was in it but still watchable. For me at least.
