Q: Why are my posts/comments flagging as spam? A: The spam filter is still “learning” what is and isn’t spam, but for the most part if a post/comment is too lengthy or has too many links/images attached to it, it’ll flag as spam.
Q: Wait, where’s the report button?! A: Long story short, it was slow. We have setup a contact support form on the bottom of the site where you can submit any issues or general questions. Alternatively, you can contact us with any website issues on our Discord server in the #website-issues channel or send me (We are ChaoS) a private message on Discord and I’ll get to as soon as possible.
Q: I just posted a topic on the forums but noticed a mistake. Why won’t it let me edit? A: Part of the spam filter is a 10 minute cool down from your initial post. After 10 minutes you should be able to edit your post.
Q: Why do I get errors when trying to post a topic or reply in forums? A: 99.9999% of the time it’s a cache issue. Clear you cache and refresh the page to see if it works. If the issue persists, you can either report it through the contact support form at the bottom of the site or post your issue to our Discord server in the #website-support channel.
Q: What happened to the blogs? A: In case you happened to of missed the previous announcement, there has been an issue with the plugin we were using in the backend where it was taking an obscenely long time to approve blogs, if they just didn’t time out in general. So for now we’ve disabled blog posts until we can find another suitable way for you all to be able to post your blogs.
