Should SEGA buy Sentai Filmworks?

After Sony bought Crunchyroll and now owns three anime streaming services and is competing with Netflix and Amazon. I think that SEGA should buy Sentai.

What would be the result of the buy in my opinion.
- If SEGA bought Sentai Filmworks then they could improve HIDIVE and use it as a streaming Service for Anime Franchises by their Anime Subsidiary TMS Entertainment and Sonic the Hedgehog content.
- SEGA will have the distribution rights to the Anime that Sentai has Distribution rights to in North America.

- SEGA can help Sentai Improve HIDIVE, because HIDIVE needs help with tons of Improvements
