8. ALL of the BATTLEFIELD GAMES

9. VAMPIRE the masquerade.

10. OVERLORD 1 and 2

Love the classics, just something about them.

1. Need for Speed High Stakes

2. Need for Speed III: Hot Pursuit

3. NieR: Automata

4. Need for Speed Porsche Unleashed

5. Mass Effect 2

6. F-Zero

7. Tekken 7

8. Doom 3

9. Sonic Mania

10. Bravely Default

Here’s my Top 10. No particular order I can think of at the moment.

The Dishwasher: Vampire Smile: This is perhaps the best hack and slash game I’ve played. Performing combos is satisfying, and killing is gruesome. I also liked the artstyle so much, it had restored my interest in drawing after my terrible experience with an art class made me give up the hobby altogether.

Super Mario World: The very first video game I ever played in my entire life.

Super Mario Bros 3: The Mario game I’ve probably replayed the most. I really like all the items you can get access to.

NieR: Automata: I liked basically everything about this game. Story was great, along with the characters (wish A2 got to be seen more though). The combination of third person shooting with hack and slash was perhaps the biggest attraction to me.

Ratchet Deadlocked: Perhaps my most played PS2 game. Its one where I did New Game+ on the same file so much I maxed out all the weapons to level 99.

Team Fortress 2: My most played FPS game ever so far, with over 1500 hours on record.

Metroid Prime: Hunters: This was one of the games that provided me an incentive to start doing any forum posting over a decade ago. I wanted to find people to set up multiplayer matches with, and went on Gamespot forums to do so.

SSX Tricky: Perhaps my favorite sports game. Being allowed to do crazy tricks for high scores, and getting boost from said tricks for high speed makes this very satisfying to play.

Sonic 3 & Knuckles: One of the first PC games I played (which was called Sonic & Knuckles Collection). This was the game that introduced me to the Sonic franchise.

Freedom Wars: While it wasn’t the game that made me get a Playstation Vita (that was BlazBlue Chrono Phantasma), it was the one that made me glad I did. The world was pretty cool. I like it for similar reasons to Automata, which you get to use a mix of melee combat and various ranged weapons. Pity it didn’t get any followup from what I heard. Oh well.

Ask me any day and you’ll probably get a different list. There were just so many good games, that it is impossible to narrow it down just to ten. The only one that is certain is the first, the rest is kind of in a constant state of flux, with dozens of other games left out that could easily be on the list.

World in Flames, Fallout 3, Skyrim, GTA4, Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, Gran Turismo 4, Red Alert, Max Payne, Far Cry, Alpha Protocol, Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory, Star Trek Voyager: Elite Force, Stunts, Dune II, Transport Tycoon, BeamNG.Drive and probably a ton more I don’t remember right now

Hmm this isn’t easy.

10) Half-Life 2 (Damn it was the best FPS for all time for me, it’s not higher because after all the FPS games in the 90s i don’t play many anymore).

9) Neverwinter Night 1&2 (People shit on the 2nd but i like it more, what can i say i like Obsidian’s take on NWN and Kotor more than Bioware’s).

8) The Legend of Zelda Series (I know it should be higher but what can i say, i love RTS and RPGs more).

7) Command & Conquer series (Especially C&C 3, it was absolute peek C&C for me but i am looking forward to C&C 2 & Red Alert 2 remastered).

6) Metal Gear Solid 3 (God damn this game was so good, what do i say except It’s just so damn awesome).

5) Hearts of Iron 4 (since 2019 I’ve had this game and I’ve put in 3,916 hours…i know but playing through WW2 as Poland and spanking Russian’s & Germans is just too damn fun).

4) Kotor 1&2 (the 1st is fantastic but i like the 2nd more…i know people will say it’s blasphemy to even think that but Kreia as a mentor was fantastic and she is my favourite character in all of Star Wars and my character build works better in the 2nd).

3) The Elder Scrolls 3: Morrowind (I know, to hit rolls in first person is frustrating but if you know what your doing it’s fine to deal with, Agility and Fatugue are super important stats for landing hits).

2) Deus Ex 1 (This was almost my 1st pick, i like RPGs more but this was the first time i played what i thought was an FPS but turned out to be so much more, Infiltration, Epionage, Sabotage, Shooter, Stealth, Cyberpunk and a great story too).

1) Baldur’s Gate 1&2 (No CRPG has come close to touching these for me, despite so many “Spiritual successors”).
