Hulu is Reviving King of the Hill

Hulu is bringing King of the Hill back with original creators Mike Judge and Greg Daniels. Most of the original cast is returning as well, and Saladin Patterson (The Wonder Years) will serve as executive producer and showrunner. A release date is unknown at this time. “We are all so excited to welcome back Hank, Peggy and Bobby, and to see what they have to say about the world we live in and continue the conversations we began years ago. This show has all of the perfect ingredients to meet this moment in animation at Hulu, and we’re so thankful to be having those conversations alongside this talented group.”

Well, color me excited. I haven’t finished King of the Hill (yet, but I will), but it’s one of my favorite animated comedies. I question how some of the humor will transfer to modern-day sensibilities, and I hope they don’t change too much. I’m definitely willing to give it a chance with the creators back!
