I am a big Babymetal fan. I have seen them live twice and been a The One member for 5 years now. I have a rather outlandish Babymetal collection….
But, I would say half the music I listen to anymore is Japanese. There is just so much good music coming from Japan. SOO much good metal.
Ningen isu (one of my favorites), Nemophila, Mary’s Blood, Band-Maid, Fruitpochette, Albion, X-Japan, Loudness, Sex Machineguns, Destrose, Gacharic Spin, Doll$box, Ironbunny, Lovebites, Necronomidol, Octaviagrace, Pass Code, Deep Girl, Aldious…it goes on and on. Lots of goth, death, black, thrash, metal bands too. Too many to name off the top of my head. But, I just LOVE japanese metal and music!
All this has inspired me to learn Japanese and I am slowly learning alone. I was going to go there, but cannot until the Covid stuff dies down. Heck, I would MOVE there, no joke. I just like their culture, language, how clean and respectful they are. No, it’s not perfect, but nothing is. And well, I like Asian women too…I wont lie. lol. There is just something about them. Maybe because they aren’t full of the modern feminism over there and aren’t SJW/PC like women here tend to be….
