Disney World Gets Rid of Classic Character’s Meet & Greet

If you’re a fan of Tinkerbell, I regret to inform you that you will no longer be able to meet her at Disney World.

Tinkerbell never returned to the Town Square Theater at the Magic Kingdom (a location she shares with Mickey Mouse) when Disney reopened their parks after being shut down due to COVID, and according to an article from The Street, a planDisney representative confirmed she won’t be returning anytime soon, stating “Disney character ‘meet and greets’ do change in the Disney Parks… It’s always a good idea to keep an eye on the Walt Disney World Resort website for character updates.” Tinkerbell’s signage has been completely removed from Town Square Theater as well.

I’m sure that’s 100% the reason Tink, a beloved character, hasn’t returned and not because people find her outfit offensive or that she’s white and blonde or some nonsense like that.

Except, apparently, it is. Also, according to The Street, the Disney Stories Matter team has reportedly scrutinized the fairy and called her “potentially problematic” because she’s “body conscious” and “jealous of Peter Pan’s attention.” She also tries to kill Wendy in that film, but that, apparently, isn’t a problem for the DSM team, only that she checks herself out in the mirror and gets mad when her crush doesn’t give her attention. It’s like these people don’t even WATCH the films they hate so much.

For those who don’t know, the Disney Stories Matter team is a group that was developed by the Disney company to find and correct “negative depictions of people and cultures” in Disney’s products. They’re the ones responsible for the “This program includes negative depictions and/or mistreatment of people or cultures. These stereotypes were wrong then and are wrong now” rambling advisory in front of classic Disney movies and shows nowadays. *insert eye roll here*

This isn’t new information, as the scrutiny of Tink and Peter Pan was news briefly in 2022, but with the removal of Tink’s sign and confirmation from Disney that she’s not returning, the news is circulating once again, and Disney fans are not happy.

Add this to the ever-growing list of Dumb Decisions Made by Disney.

If Tinkle Belle is being axed because she’s too attractive, then I guarantee the other Princesses will get the axe too.

Pay attention to the changes in characters. So, TinkerBell is now cancelled.

This is how they change your history and change a people. That is what is really going on when they do this. So, they are going to replace her with a goblin?

One of the things I started doing is watching mashups of old Hollywood. A lot of it is footage from movies I’ve never seen and probably never will. The thing I noticed is that almost everyone in that era of the 40s and prior was young and lean. So, it was actually normal at the time.

Anyway, this is a cancellation of a people, which is why I do not take the media’s side on anything. They are untrustworthy and have their own agenda and plans that do not include us, for all their talk of inclusion. Inclusion is code for replacement.

The reason these things are done is because invaders, interlopers and imposters are trying to get in your heads and program you to what your darlings are supposed to be. Again, their ideal citizen is always someone else that does not represent tradition.

Would say, try as you might, there are some things than cannot really change. People still love someone like Livvy Dunne or The Rybka Twins.
