HBO Max Got the Axe

Warner Bros. Discovery has revealed that HBO Max as we know it is going the way of the Western. According to CNBC, it will be replaced by a combination of HBO Max and Discovery+ content. This new service will simply be called Max. 

I don’t understand this at all! HBO Max is my favorite streaming service with the most satisfactory array of content. I’ve hated seeing shows removed from the service and the canceled movies, and this is just another blow. I wonder if this will hurt the service or if people don’t really care about a name.
