Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot has filed a complaint for injunctive relief against the city police union and its president after the leader has urged officers to not comply with the city’s vaccine reporting mandate.

    What a sick bitch!

In a statement released on Friday morning, Lightfoot said she had filed the complaint against the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 7 and its president, John Catanzara, “for engaging in, supporting and encouraging a work stoppage or strike.”

They are doing no such thing, you stupid BITCH!

If they show up to work, and you and your cronnies tell them to go home, it is YOU who is causing the shortage of police.

“President Catanzara has time and again deliberately misled our police officers by lying about the requirements of the policy and falsely claiming that there will be no repercussions if officers are insubordinate and refuse to follow a City and Department directive or order,” Lightfoot stated.

Obviously, Lightfoot has need read NOR heard what he actually said.

So you, Lightfoot, IS THE LIAR and is MISLEADING THE PUBLIC!

In her statement, Lightfoot said that by instructing police officers not to comply with the city’s vaccine status reporting requirement, and “predicting that more than 50 [percent] or more officers will violate their oaths and not report for duty…

    He never said that, BITCH!

President John Catanzara has never engaged in, supported, or encouraged a work stoppage. @LoriLightfoot is the only one who has said she will send our dedicated Officers home without pay if they choose to reject her unlawful orders.

And you wonder why Chicago is such a shit show.  This is an example of how inept Lightfoot and the dems are.

Here’s how many San Francisco city employees remain unvaccinated

In total, 1,443 of the city’s approximately 35,000 employees remain unvaccinated, representing just 5% of the workforce. In San Francisco at-large, 75% of residents are fully vaccinated, while 80% have received at least one dose.

    And of those 1,443…

Of SFPD specifically, about 5% of staff members, including 76 police officers, remain unvaccinated. SFPD has a staff of 2,117. Thirty-five fire department staff and 39 employees in the sheriff’s department are unvaccinated, as well.

    And what of exemptions?

SFDPH is allowing employees with certain religious beliefs or medical issues to apply for exemptions from the vaccine mandate. To date, about 800 vaccine exemption requests have been submitted.

Submitted?  How many have been approved?

If we have seen from other jurisdictions, that number approved is close to ZERO!

Employees who do not get vaccinated by the deadline will be placed on paid administrative leave until the commencement of their due process hearing, SFDPH said. Subsequent hearings will determine whether the unvaccinated person’s employment will be terminated.

    Paid leave?

That is different, as most places have is as UNPAID until confirmation of the jab or formal termination is completed.

I am guessing the commencement of due process will be quick and swift.

I was forced to get one, or I would lose my job. I work in a Hospital, and in Oregon (where I live) there is a mandate to get vaccinated by October 18th for government and healthcare workers. The main reason I did get the vax was that I want to travel to Japan next year, if possible, so that’s going to be required. I had planned on going already, but that’s not possible.

I chose JnJ. The least likely to have issues. Were I in a different situation financially I would have refused, for now, or done the religious exemption. For now. I am against vaccine mandates. I made a personal decision, but I don’t expect others to do the same as me. I however, WILL NOT get a booster or any more vaccines. Flat out. I did a one and done. If that is not enough, then they can all f##k off!!!

I am not against a vaccine. People get them all through life. And I think that is the majority of people. What we are against is getting something so new and rushed forced into our bodies. If it were 3 years later and the “kinks” worked out I think most people wouldn’t be so apprehensive. This is something the twitter tantrum mob and scare tactics politicians refused to even listen to. They act like we are all kooks, instead of actually LISTENING to our concerns, and the logical reasons for them. I think the actual vaccine was not supposed to be finished and done testing  until 2023 (?) if you read the original paperwork on the virus from the labwork.

From all the articles I have been reading, the exemption policy on religious reasons will be close to ZERO, and those with medical reasons will still be let go as providing accommodations will to too vexxing on the business.

So to sum it up, if you want a job in Canada or in the USA, you MUST be jabbed to the max!

I am also hearing the same thing is happening in Italy.

So yes, not only CAN you be fired for refusing the jab, it is now also GUARENTEED you will be (if you are in a dem-occupied-state or nation-wide corporation).

The ability to fire more senior/higher paid employees in the name of a jab-mandate, so they can get cheaper employees IS happening.

United Airlines COVID-19 Vaccine Mandate Prompts Judge’s TRO

United Airlines can’t force employees with a medical or religious accommodation for the COVID-19 vaccination to take unpaid leave after Texas federal judge Tuesday issued a temporary restraining order.

      Unpaid leave?

The employees filed the lawsuit in response to the airline’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate seeking to end United’s alleged “pattern of discrimination against employees who requested religious or medical accommodations from United’s mandate that its employees receive COVID-19 vaccine.”

      As has most other corporations.

…United said that any employee receiving a religious or medical accommodation would be put on indefinite unpaid leave with no company-paid benefits…

So in other words… they are FIRED.

…the airline was in the process of terminating 232 unvaccinated employees.

Religious or Medical accommodations be DAMNED!

‘Eye-opening moment’: City leaders, police departments push back over impending COVID vaccine mandates

A “very small number” of Chicago police officers declined additional opportunities to report their vaccination status Monday, Mayor Lori Lightfoot said. They were sent home without pay and could face disciplinary action.

Just as the tyrant said SHE would do.

Chicago Police Superintendent David Brown threatened in a memo to fire officers who don’t comply with the policy, adding that those who retire rather than adhere to the requirements might be putting their retirement benefits at risk.

Blackmail.  And isn’t it also illegal to withhold benefits that were EARNED.  Not that any of the dems in Chicago know what the word EARNED means.

Police departments nationwide have been experiencing staffing shortages since before vaccine mandates took place. According to a report from the nonprofit National Police Foundation, 86% of law enforcement agencies nationwide reported a staffing shortage in 2020.

And that is only getting worse in 2021.

Pentagon outlines punishments for civilian employees if they fail to get vaccinated

The guidance, which was circulated on Monday, says civilian employees who refuse to be vaccinated will face an escalating series of punishments, including five days of education and counseling, 14 days of unpaid suspension, and finally termination “for failing to follow a direct order.”

A direct order to a civilian?  How tyrannical!

So while all military personnel need to take all those vaccines for they will be deployed to areas where so many diseases and chemical weapons might be used against them, it sure sounds like the pentagon wants the same to its civilian staff.

Well, the College of Physicians and Surgeons here in Canada, are cracking down on Doctors who give medical exemptions.

“Deliberately providing patients with exemption documentation that does not meet Ministry criteria or providing exemptions to circumvent vaccination mandates could constitute serious misconduct,” they said.

      And what are they?

…there are two main reasons for a medical exemption: a severe allergic reaction to a vaccine ingredient, and a risk of inflammation to the heart caused by the shot.

When those two risks are considered, there should be an exemption rate of approximately one to five per 100,000…

      So what are you seeing?

“It’s really hard to get a person past that extreme fear, but still that is not a reason that you give them an exemption,”…

Instead of address the fear of why they DON’T wanted to be jabbed (ie. what are the long term side effects one can expect to get) what do you do?

oh, it is safe (in the short term only, we have no idea about the long term effects).

No, being fearful of what those long term side effects are is no reason NOT to get the jab.

Better you get the jab now, and we will worry about the long term side effects later.

Gotta keep those in the medical field and the medical industrial complex employed.

Air Force is first to face troops’ rejection of vaccine mandate as thousands avoid shots

Up to 12,000 Air Force personnel have rejected orders to get fully vaccinated against the coronavirus despite a Pentagon mandate, and officials say it is too late for them to do so by the Tuesday deadline, posing the first major test for military leaders whose August directive has been met with defiance among a segment of the force.

That is alot to be taken off active duty all at once.

The challenge now confronting Air Force leaders — how to address potential large-scale dissent in the face of a top health priority that has been deeply politicized — is a bellwether for the dilemma in store across the military’s other services…

Yay, how the air force reacts, and the backlash, will set a precedence for the others to follow/avoid.

A wave of dismissals could jolt the Air Force personnel system and cause significant challenges within units that must be ready to respond to crises at a moment’s notice, especially if some vital jobs — like pilots or aircraft maintainers — are overrepresented among those who could face expulsion…

      Exactly.

Nearly 87 percent of active duty troops are fully vaccinated, Kirby said, though hesitancy among military reservists and National Guard members drives down the rate for the entire military to about 68 percent.

And if those reservists and National Guard members are also removed from service because of this mandate, the security of the US and the Western World is at danger.  Something the CCP will enjoy having happen.

Airmen who decide to leave the military over the coronavirus vaccine mandate may face similar problems if they want to transition to federal government employment or jobs with government contractors, which are popular draws for veterans but now mandate the immunization as well.

      Private security maybe.

Employees Opposing COVID Vaccine Mandate Get Small Win in Court, Will Keep Jobs For Now

A Louisiana appeals court ruled that the state’s largest health system cannot fire or discipline Louisiana employees defying a COVID-19 vaccine requirement while the mandate’s legality is debated in court, the Associated Press reported. Friday was the deadline for all of Ochsner Health’s 32,000 employees across the state, as well as in a small section of Mississippi, to get fully vaccinated against the virus or face a potential firing.

      Hurray for some common sense.

Thursday’s ruling is a signal to businesses statewide that vaccine mandates are probably illegal, said Faircloth (a lawyer representing some Ochsner employees).

That’s because temporary restraining orders can be made only if the people asking for them have a good chance of winning, he said.

      And winning it should be!

The lawsuits argue that Louisiana’s constitution and laws guarantee citizens a right to decide their medical treatments.

“It is unlawful for an employer to threaten to fire an employee for exercising a legal right, or to require an employee to forego the exercise of a legal right as a condition of employment,” the Shreveport lawsuit states.

      Absolutely!

“We know that COVID-19 vaccination dramatically reduces transmission, severity of symptoms, hospitalizations and death,” …

So what?  That is not what is on trial here.  It is that you CAN’T force on threat of termination this drug into people.
