On the same night that CM Punk has apparently been booted from AEW, WWE attempts to draw that attention in their direction… good luck!

Becky Lynch vs. Trish Stratus (Steel Cage)
Winner: Becky Lynch (pinfall)
A good opening bout to warm the crowd up. Both lasses work well with each other, and Trish doesn’t look like she’s had as much time out as she has. Becky looked like she had the match won, but Zoey Stark defeated the object of the stipulation and entered the cage through the door.
Becky fought off Stark and finished Trish off with a Manhandle Slam from the top.
LA Knight vs. The Miz
Winner: LA Knight (pinfall)
Before the bell, the host of the show, John Cena, made himself the special guest referee. Cena and Miz had a bit of back and forth before LA Knight came out to a huge pop.
There wasn’t anything wrong with the match, other than that it went on longer than it needed to. Miz was already there to beat, Cena’s presence put more eyes on Knight, and it could have been dealt with a bit quicker without damaging The Miz at all.
Knight won with his Blunt Force Trauma, and then Cena shook and raised Knight’s hand.
Rey Mysterio vs. Austin Theory (US Title)
Winner: Rey Mysterio (pinfall)
Theory had a counter for Rey Dropping the Dime, but his attempt at hitting his finish got him rolled up by Rey.
Once again, Rey Mysterio was followed around by a colorfully distracting cereal advertising campaign.
Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn vs. The Judgment Day (Tag Title Street Fight)
Winners: The Judgment Day (pinfall)
A chaotic free-for-all with no tags, rules, or rhyme. All the weapons were pulled out from under the ring and used. The champs did everything they could, but the rest of The Judgment Day helped out Balor and Priest. Sami hit Balor with the Helluva Kick, but Dominic Mysterio cracked Sami in the skull with the Money in the Bank briefcase. Finn reached one arm over Zayn and won the titles for his team.
The Grayson Waller Effect w/Cody Rhodes
This wasn’t a match but a way to get Cody on the show and to announce that Jey Uso has been “transferred” to Raw. Cody and Greyson had a bit of banter before, and Cody left when Jey arrived.
Waller took a few shots at Jey before eating a Superkick.
Rhea Ripley vs. Raquel Rodriguez (Women’s World Title)
Winner: Rhea Ripley (pinfall)
A hard-hitting clash between two absolute units. Ripley found out quickly that she wouldn’t be able to overpower Rodriguez as easily as she had the rest of the roster.
Dominic Mysterio came out and distracted Raquel, allowing Rhea to retain her belt with a Riptide.
Seth Rollins vs. Shinsuke Nakamura (World Title)
Winner: Seth Rollins (pinfall)
The video packages featuring Nakamura were well done. Subtitles allowed Shinsuke to speak naturally and add a lot more than he has in the past.
A main event put on by two veterans of the ring. They’re familiar with each other, so it’s not surprising that they put on a show. Nakamura worked on Rollin’s bad/repaired back throughout the match. Seth persevered over the torture and KO’d Nakamura with a Curb Stomp.
Business as usual for WWE; nothing ground-breaking or mind-blowing, but nothing massively lazy/dumb/distasteful… bar the tag title melee.
